Hi. my name is Mara and I'm a quilter.
I started Flying Goose in 2003, and I won't pretend I could stop quilting, even if I wanted to.
For me, quilting offers the perfect blend of thinking and doing, being with others and being alone, giving to my community and nourishing my own soul.
I'm happy to show you how to do anything I can do on a long arm, and I'm always interested in quilting well-pieced tops.
